“The Alexander Technique with Rebecca has been the most helpful physical therapy I’ve ever tried. It’s been amazing to find someone who is very knowledgeable and understanding about hypermobility and EDS. I’ve had lots of physio etc in the past but often ended up injuring myself trying to do the exercises. With the Alexander Technique, Rebecca gently guides you through the movements in the correct posture and you actually get stronger and develop muscle memory. My legs were really weak and shaky when I first started but after a few sessions I noticed a massive improvement and I was able to go for more walks and move in a less painful way.
